Adwords chat

    Was wondering if there is an optimal time to log in for Google Chat. Want to speak to a representative and it says you can only talk to someone if there is a yellow box. I am yet to see this.

    Any ideas?

    Did you bother to read fully what it says?

    What it states is this:

    So if its not appearing, its most likely because you don't have that option in your area.

    Email them.

    I am lucky I chat couple of times with representative, but if you are not able to chat them email them and must expect reply within 24 hours.
