I have ordered for Paypal to LR through the website ********** after had a chat with them, after I send the payment they disappeared and no response to my emails. So I have disputed through paypal, now the case was closed in my favour but I lost the amount I paid $100, paypal said they dont guarantee for recovery of funds but they will try the best whenever they add funds in their account.

Now I tested their site by ordering another time and recieved an email stating that send the payment to a paypal ID this paypal id is conflicting with the one which I sent the amount before, it seems they are using different paypal ids to pick the money from people and trying to escape. I reported this to paypal and waiting for their reply.

Is their any hope to recover the amount I paid?

Don't you hate scams like that? I mean most sites I've seen only will transfer money to LR if you send them a bank wire or through whats the method you can send money through your post office? I forget wat it's called. But anyways I heard that 99% of the sites that say they'll transfer your paypal to LR are scams.

I have tested again by a chat with them, it seems they don't know even the basics of paypal and how to operate a money exchange business, so its confirmed they are the scammers they have to be convicted to stop any further loss to the people.

Sorry to say this but you should have known better.

PayPal has closed down the accounts of many sites that used them for money exchange services.
Check the PayPal terms of service.

I don't think you should use that site, it's not well known and not much people use it anyways.
If I were you I would stick to popular payment processors such as paypal, moneybooker, alertpay, etc...
Good luck though, you've probably lost that 100$ though.
