You should add title and description and keywords and alt tags.

On page optimisation is like what the others have said, mainly, Your title tag, your meta tags for content and description. But most importantly is that you have your keywords mentioned in your description and in your content. However don't force keywords into your content such that it sounds weird. Another important thing is to include LSI Keywords which are keywords search engines think are related to the keyword you are optimizing for, in your content.
