please help me on my campaign

    After spending $200 in 2 days on adwords and $200 on Facebook (of course with purchased coupons from here) I got over 3.5 millions impressions on Facebook and over 300k on adwords 1780 clicks and not a single conversion, My site is a a new concept of long distance, is like a Vonage but without internet, connecting people form one end of the world with the other one from phone to phone a a very cheap price and is in Spanish. My prices are much below Vonage, Most of my targeting went to Latin America, What did I do wrong, I used keywords like Unlimited calls to .... (specific country) or how to call ... (the country), I don't know if I could publish my analytic report here nor my website, I need to know how could I do this, I invested tons of money on servers, etc. I could make my customers that are in Germany to call back and forth to the USA like an international line with call forwarding around the world for only $34 I think is amazing or is it the economy and people don't have $35. I give people in the US unlimited calls to over 30 Countries for $12.99 and all this is without internet, and I said all these on my site. What am I doing wrong???

    you are not wrong but check your ad copy writing and conversion tracking. if your ad copy writing don't effective then you'll nt get any single click although you spending much more then your budget.

    Emphasis on CTR and Quality score or consult PPC marketing firm who can maintain your ppc account effectively.

    The standard tips apply here:

    * Take a close look at your keywords - the more targeted the better. You don't want who search for vegetarian food ending up on your pork recipes site.

    * Take an even closer look at your ad copy(ies) and make sure the text is not misleading. You only want people who are interested in your service to click on your ad.

    * Take a very serious and critical look on your website and its ability to convert - this is perhaps the most important of the three points. You can get all the visitors in the world but if your website does not convert well then there will be no sales.

    I think you have mentioned that your site is in spanish. Not many of the english speaking people can understand spanish. I hope you have both spanish and english version available.

    One more thing is the optimization of landing pages. You need to have clear call to action on your landing pages, so visitors don't get confused on what to do. A big button showing "Huge Savings" or "Buy Now" can be a good call to action. You also need to show benefits of your product or services. You need to show why people should buy it.

    I think my site is very self explanatory I have all 4 offered calling plans explained on the first page. I even have it on you tube when you type 'ulimited calls to ...." the name of tha South american Country of course all that in spanish, I'm also on 1st page of google with those words, I found out that by placing classified adds on several classified places gets me on first page of google.

    To emphasise Bryanon's last point - it's not about what you think about your website, it's about what your customers think. It happens to the best of us - sometimes we get too close to a project and work on it so much that we miss things.

    If you've had 1780 clicks to your site from targeted traffic (how many of those clicks were from properly targeted KW - I wouldn't consider Facebook to be quality targeted traffic??) and no conversions then you need to sort your website out. Look at Analytics, see where they're dropping out in your conversion funnels, emphasise your calls to action etc.

    Hi Pc Touch,
    The quickest gains and a yoiur Quality Score you get by improving on three levels.
    1. Make Relevant your PPC keywords
    2. Make relevant your ads
    3. Make relevant your landing pages

    This means that you will need a high number of landing pages. I make a landing page for every keyword group of 30 PPC keywords. Sometimes I end up with more than 20 landing pages per campaign. Besides, I´m circulating the Title, Intro and Offer for maximum CTR optimization.
