Your VPS offer is very attractive but I have few questions. Could you please reply these?
Here are questions, which requires your kind reply before we join you:

1. If a customer misuses the resources, will my VPS account receive warnings and be closed for no fault of mine?

2. Will you help me to migrate my and my clients accounts from other servers to your server?

3. Can I be able to assign private NS to my customers, e.g. ns1.clientsdomain.com and ns2.clientsdomain.com ?

4. Will I be able to create packages with unlimited webspace and unlimited bandwidth?

5. Can we view our website with https?

6. Will we have CGI installed?

7. Can we test 7 days before paying you?

8. Will we get PHP4 and PHP5 installed?

9. Are prises freezed?

10. Will we get cPanel/WHM/MasterWHM/ResellerWHM?

11. Will we get any website builder?

12. What other free stuff will we get; like template, billing software or so?

13. What software will come loaded with VPS? In other words, will we get all those tools, software, goodies loaded at VPS also which you are providing with your reseller and shared hosting plans?

14. How many Dedicated IPs will we get free?

15. Will I get installed features and software by your support if required and will this be free?

16. What will be the backup frequency and will you provide backup in case it is required - free of cost?

17. What will be your server specification and its full details as well as location for Linux VPS, please?

18. If you provide PHP 4 and 5 installed - few querries:
- what will be the position of open base_dir restriction?
- what will be the position of php safe_mode?
- what will be the position of cron.deny file? Is it there?
- how much RAM will be allowed to php?
- cURL, mCrypt, OpenSSL and GD will be compiled into PHP?
- suPHP will be installed?

19. Will we get the paths for csh and bas as these are required by my php script named 'server status'? This is 100% safe and secure script and if you feel it is violating the ToS we will pay all the penalties.

20. How long are you in industry?

21. Are you allowing any type of proxies, adult content, warez and so on? If so, will they not mess us all the server and increase CPU load?

22. What security and protection are you using for server, data and accounts?

23. How many VPS accounts will be on your one server?

24. What is your concerned present server load?

25. Will we get 'Migration' option in WHM, so we should not bother you and migrate our customers' accounts ourselves?

Hey there,

A lot of questions but i'll for sure try to answer them as best I can

The VPS is your own, meaning whatever you do inside of it is up to you. We keep an eye on our nodes and watch for any abuse as well. As for a control panel, the only control panel supplied at this price is the VPS panel it self.

If you're wanting plesk/helm/cpanel, you'll have to talk us or supply your own.

If you wish to offer unmetered plans, that's your choice but in the end you're limited by the resources provisioned to your VPS.

We can help with managing your VPS and installing most software for no additional cost as wlel.

We've been in business for 3 years so far as well

As for proxies and such - the CPU's we have keep well under loaded so if someone wants todo that, it's not really a big deal. As I said above, we keep a good eye on everyone's resource usage.

Hey there,

2 years publically, we had 1 year of closed testing and things of that nature while we decided on the best VPS platform. We started with XENSERVER but soon after going public, we moved to virtuozzo.

As for the site, we finally have a design together and I will have it in place for christmas. It's taken a long time and about 4 designers to get something we even like (and is even complete).

I never used Virtuozzo before, do I have a control panel to reboot and/or reinstall my VPS like OpenVZ with HyperVM?
If it does have it, can I reinstall Windows myself from the panel?
