I just heard about Clickbanks dormant account policy and that they take money out of accounts which are inactive and have earnings. Now, does this mean that they only take out money that you have in your account or can they make you pay from your own pocket?

From what I know and have seen myself from my own accounts they only take out money on a positive balance. So when you hit zero they stop taking money from that account. So you won't owe them in this case.
