Quality score

I have two questions about the quality score:

How many words do the page needs to have to get a good quality score? Is 100 words enough if the keyword is also in h1 and in a title?

Do ad copy and title make huge impact to the quality score?

    Thank you

Generally, the more the better but given that you have keyword-dense content, 100 words should be fine. But note that the content of your page is only one of the factors that determine your QS.

Yes and no. The ad copy makes an enormous impact on your QS but not directly. The most important factor when determining your QS is your CTR - and the better your ad copy, the higher your CTR.

    Thank you.

Do you think that ajax popup can lower quality score? My idea it to put on all targeted landing pages simple small ajax pop up where I would offer promotion action.

Almost 100% sure it won't do anything to your QS. Google's spiders (including Adwords spiders) have JavaScript disabled so they can't even see your popup.

if you have more than 100 words + unique content on your web page then its fine.

Ad copy and title makes impact on quality score but it will very law. if you want to improve quality score then make sure that your landing page contains almost keywords which your targeting in your ad words campaign.
