Need your suggestions

    Hi Dp's,

    We have done lot of work for my client still but the client is not still happy because he did not get any leads.


    We have finished A to Z in search engine optimization and social media optimization, also the client not want to do SEM.


    Is there any alternative method to drive 100% quality traffic to a site, its related to real estate.

    Hello Friends,

    first you should ask your client what he wants , you should take the list him from particular keywords then send him report about keywords.

    Yes as said above, you might done all the thing but if you focus on too many keywords it will take longet time to get results only focus on few keywords and if you do SEO using tht keywords so definetly they will get result

    in real estate business SEO and SEM is not focused as a Good
    for example if keyword "real estate" brings your client site in #1 in search results so what??? useless because if they are running in US a non US ll leave without going to any next page or details

    focus on SEO Local
    post ads to classifieds running in there country they do not need a page rank or SERPs etc

    collect some business records with same niche from local directories and email them there news letter if possible postal mail
    forget that your are working for a website
    No you are working for a office they do not need traffic to there website they want to be popular in market
    so
    just seo locally
    post to local yellowpages

    target geographical areas, and use the same keywords like that.. like house for sale in LA etc ... that would definitely work

    You may ask the client what he want , and what exactly they are expecting from you , according to that plan your work and keep the records of that is you may send it to the client to show what you have done. Also I want to ask what you have done till now so that if there are something missing we will help you
