    Good evening everyone.

This might be a stupid question to some of you, but I need some help and answers :)
I've been waiting for google Adsense to approve my request for adding adsense on http://www.footballtransfernews.org for over 1 month now.

I know it usually take some time, but in the message I get from them they say that they'll respond on my request within 1 week.
Is it common to wait this long or?

I'm fairly new to the adsense game, well, I used it it back in the good old web entrepreneur days like 2003-2005, sites where tight back then :)

Thanks for any answers and help in advance :)

Remember folks and webmasters, its weekend now - get outside an grab a beer or two, maybe do some dance moves aswell.

    cheers,
    - kenny

keep trying and email them, google at times is slow with emails so im guessing your site might be in a list of thousands and thousands so it takes time.... only a guess

Well actually sometimes they do take a long time. I think mine was also a similar case but it was a little less than 1 month, I got approved in about 4 weeks

After a week I'd have emailed them to remind them of my application.

Can you not reply to the email they've sent you when you submitted your application? They didn't send anything?
The email is something easy but I don't recall it, something like or I don't remember but simply go to adsense and find a contact form, it works as well as an email.

Application review is taking more than a month in many cases. Don't bother emailing them, just be patient.

There seems to be a backlog of applications.

It's probably because the word has gone out that Adsense will make you rich! with no work! posting links on Google! (Not true obviously, but a lot of people seem to believe that)
