You need to focus on just one site, make sure it has plenty of content, that it doesn't violate any of the Program Policies, then apply.

If you share the URL of your site, people can give you tips.

Also, what is the reason Google gave when they denied your application?

Don't pay any one. Build a website with decent design, at least 20 pages of unique content. The content should be useful. Google will not allow porn or adult or illegal contents.

    All the best.... :)

Did they ban you? or did they not approve your application?

If they just rejected your application, did you read through the Adsense program policies to make sure your site was in compliance:

    - NO copied content or links to illegal downloads
    - NO adult content, NO promotion of "pay to" programs
    - Substantial original text content - it must be TEXT, because that is what the Adsense bot uses to determine the content of your site
    - Site active for at least 6 months. Not a blog you started 6 months ago and then only made 2 posts. It must be 6 months of content.

Don't make a site just for showing ads.

Also build up your traffic, get back links, etc. You won't make much money from adsense unless you are getting plenty of traffic anyway.

If you fill your blog with the present english , No wonder why Google does not accept the application. Good content also means gramatically correct English. No blames, try to improve the language.

I think paying someone to get an adsense account approved, (which means in this case, to create an internet proprety, whether it is a website or an account or anything to get approved by adsense) is just as ok as to pay someone for some backlinks.

Afterall, building a website with decent design, with at least 20 pages of unique content that will likely to be approved by adsense requires some time and effort. That's what people pay for.

if you don't want to create some blogs or some website, maybe you can use this trick. sign up in docstoc or flixya, and regitered your adsense account from that website. :) try your luck
