What does PR0 (PageRank 0) mean to you?

You read so often that having a link on a PR0 page is worthless. Is it really worthless (as far as PR is concerned)? Isn't it just PageRank less than 1?

I don't think it's worthless. As long as the link I get is relevant to the content on my website - it's all good. That's what I think. No matter what PR a website has, a relevant link from it is better than nothing.

A new site that's PR0 can still have value or link equity if it's being updated regularly w/ fresh original content.

I'd imagine SERP has a lot to do with whether it matters or not

no link is worthless and PR0 does only mean google already knows about the site

Plenty of PR0 sites get to the top of Google SEPRs - mainly those with names relevant to their keywords. Article sites of PR5 often have articles that beat PR10s too

no matter how hard you gain PR, if no traffic, it is still useless..

I just started a new web directory called linkunow.com . it is a pr0, but that says nothing about that directory its domain is over 4yrs old. It use to be a pr5, and ive been saving the domain 4 a rainy day. when i put this new website in google key word linkunow it shows 9,460 results. This is what counts not Pr. If someone submits to this sight they will get a great link. :)
