    Clean, smooth theme, loads quickly with IE8, Opera, Safari and FF... I would think about changing the logo.

    Will it be an English-speaking forum? Currently it seems better to use windows-1251 charset because the forum has posts in Russian.
    Design looks very professional. Alexa banner in footer only spoils it.
