Hello Friends,

I am finding that some time i search particular keywords then which site comes first rank in the google, has link tab, my question is that how can we add link tab, what is process of adding link tab.Please friends help me.

I think you're referring to Google Site Links.

If that's what you mean, you need to build links and make sure that your pages appear to be related to the page that is ranking #1. If your site is full of bad, unrelated content, you'll never get sitelinks.

 

Google can create sitelinks only for those pages which he thinks is related to your sites.

We can create sitelinks fot those pages which u think is essential for your sites.
u can control sitelinks through webmaster tool

I think he means the Site LInks that appear as part of the search results of some sites. We cant create it on our own. We can only have well-defined navigational structure of our site and Google decides whether our site is displayed with site links or not when displaying in search results.
