do not go for it. the best practice is 1 way link building.

 

you can try finding sites in google by typing in related keywords such as software website, software link exchange, it company ..............

 

3-way link exchanges are a history - this technique is nowadays almost worthless.

Go with different (1-way) link building strategies, there's loads of information to be found on the topic around here.

 

There is a link exchange category on this forum, I am shure that you will find some good links.

 

try to build one way links as much as possible. however, if you find a good relevant site, then link exchange is fine. just keep in mind that google discounts links gained form excessive link exchanges (reference)
