    Guys,

I have got one free domain with my hosting plan. But my whois record showing this status:

    Domain status: clientTransferProhibited
    clientUpdateProhibited

They have only given my email Id with Administrative contact.

Is there any problem with this domain in future. If I renew this domain, how should I renew this?

    Please help me

I believe it only says that when the domain is locked. Domains are usually locked by default. If you are able to unlock the domain, you should be fine. All you'd have to do when you want to transfer is to first unlock, and then request the authorization (EPP) code - this can all be done by logging into your account where you've registered your domains (eg. domain manager).

You can transfer domain to another registrar for 3-6 months from registration

There will no problem to access your website or domain except you will not able to manage your domain like change whois record or transfer to another registrar.

For renewal, you can contact the same hosting company.

but as we all know, if the thread starter transfers domain to another registrar, the price for transfer will be higher than the registration price, how to solve this ?
it seems like you must register your new domains from the best provider you think at the beginning, but this matter will always happen when choosing your domains provider.
and transfer domains will be a money and time consuming thing.
