You need to send the complete email reply from adsense, it would be easier to help. But yes your url doesn't look good. Use a blogger account and move your content there, then ask for an adsense account from the blogger interface.
people using blogger even get rejected. page type email is the one that says you need a TLD and age of 6 months.
This rule must be specific to some developping countries then, because I know for a fact that recently again a friend got an adsense account with only a blogger account and less than a dozen posts, a week after opening his blogger account. But it's true that I don't know the "page type email" and the original author isn't very active in copying the exact email message.
that's why it's not in requirements when signing up.they can reject who they wish instead of rejecting all. google it. it's been posted a bunch of times at DP. there is a lot of people from india that come here,that may be why.
Thank you zodiac, yes I haven't done my homeworks and didn't google "page type email" but it's the original author who is amazing, he receives an email with page type clearly explained and still asks what it means.
