Contest $50 Logo design contest 24 hours

This is a $50.00 24hr logo design contest for a new ecommerce site. This site will be geared towards the agricultural industry. Specifically needs for spraying crops using pull behind and self propelled sprayers. The name of this site will be:

Sp ray Smar ter (dot) com

Of course there will be no spaces. We are currently ready to start the design process for this site but are waiting to see what the design of the logo looks like. So you guys are open to use any sort of colors or designs that you would like. If you need to see examples of items we will be selling you can look at products from teejet and banjo corp.com as they will be the bulk of the items. Please feel free to ask any questions that may help you in the design process. Please post all submissions here in the forum, no PM’s.

This contest will run for a full 24 hours from the time of this post. In the unlikely event we do not find a logo that we feel does not fit our look, we reserve the right to extend the contest for 1-24 hour period at the end of which a winner will be chosen. We would like to receive the files in .jpeg, .psd, .eps, and .gif formats.

I have to be honest. None of them strike me.

I think we would like to stay away from the bubbly letters or two tone gradients combined with the beveled glossy look on the letters. It’s too “webby.”

If I had to pick one to refine it would be yours Mantisart and I would push the you to come up with a less clichéd image to get the smarter concept across. And perhaps a more masculine looking script font for the word spray.

I also somewhat like the simplicity of yours Biruhato.

But also kind of like the concept of yours Scurvy, but again to “web 2.0ish” and yours CGDesigns the 3rd & 4th selections from the top.

Still no submissions just yet that we can look at and say “THAT’s IT!”

Keep them coming guys, seems like a great turnout for this contest and the competition looks like it is going to be fierce.

 

Here is my entry. The concept being - its a waterdrop( as in spray).... and the golden crop... if given enough tym can enhance more.
