except those we already knew like alive, bigweblinks, I have seen more directories (include mine) gained back their SERP and PR at the same time. It again assures me that the Google penalty has some time limit.
BigWebLinks was the *only* example I had seen, however, the PR 3 it had was manually edited several days after it was back, down to 0
BigWebLinks is really big enough that the Google keep eyes particularly. Too bad, it's not a good movement.
If this is true then I would say it is good to finally see them doing the right thing in regards to this market.
Nice if you have seen both serps and pr return, ive seen serps return only on any of mine that were bashed.
I had a directory which was penalized 2 years ago, PR3--->0 , pr comed back 6 months after, was PR3 3 months ago, sold it, now its PR2 PR can be recovered
Actually Creed ... Most where released from penalty -50 (where it wont rank for its own name) a few weeks ago and others just came out within the last few days..(the second bunch that got hit) and 1 directory that just came back has had very nice pixels added to it today... laterz Malcolm
I just noticed a few established directories for eg: romo* with PR penalty gain back a long green bar, like PR6
Few of these directories have their pr returned, Romow.com 2yi.net both of these were good directories. However, we should not fall into same pit by making same old mistakes, such as selling PR.
Can someone explain the penalty - what was it for? and how do you know if you were penalized? or PM me if appropriate. thanks.
