.org OR .info? Which is better?

My suggession is thenehruplace.com, thenehruplace.net or thenehruplace.in, thenehruplace.co.in

when these names are available, there is no meaning in using nehruplace.info or nehruplace.org. Since it is business related better to use .com or .net. If it is only to list the shop names etc, nehruplace.org is good.

 

I would agree with others and pick the .org. These new TLD's generally turn me off.

 

Also, take into consideration that .info sites have a lower credibility because they cost 2 bucks and there are many .info spammers out there. I suggest that you try and get a .com if you can.

I suppose you can play around short ORG or even COM domain names. Work with abbreviation

 

obviously if it's related to a company or something like that it's best to go with .org but if it's just for info purpose than .info would be better

Ok brother so you are going to make a site about Nehru Place. Cool to know Since I am also from Delhi... Guys I think this site is going to be a informative site IMO so .org is the best

 

.ORG is almost always better. Do a search for any keyword and you will rarely see a .info site listed on the first page. The .org's are also easier to sell, according to everyone that comments on it.

 

For information providing site .info is best & for organization .org is the best.

 

I prefer .org domain than .info.. .org is looks more professional

 

.org will mean organization, .info is for information,a wide concept.i think so .
