If that were true then we'd here about people being banned from adsene for scraping. And in the last 7 months I havent heard of one case. Scraping is not always unethical, and its using in allot more forms of automation than just blogging. Such as data collection and forum creation. And there a purposeful ways to use it in blogging such as using an affiliate provider's rss feeds to promote their content.

Now if you steal someone's copy written content, they can go to your hosting provider and file a complaint, and the hosting provider will suspend your account until you remove the offence.

No no, it will only post the full rss if the rss already has the full content. If the rss feed is partial content, there has to be some kind of manual intervention to pull the material form the original posts. Scraping has to be involved for this. Before BlogSense and WPScraper people used Yahoo Pipes, but yahoo pipes is so difficult.

WPRobot doesn't include the automated scraping capabilities that BlogSense has. I'm actually talking about this over at warrior forums right now where many members own and use the product. The thread subject is differences between WP Robot and BlogSense. Its one of my selling points!

That's true to a certain extent, search engines do love unique content, but they aren't against shared content. They don't mind sites that borrow some content, they just don't like to see exact duplicates of an entire sites. So you can pull in borrowed content from many different sources to produce a unique website. I create auto blogs using nothing but borrowed content and I fair just fine with the search engines as do many others.

FeedWordpress is a good plugin to use for pulling RSS feeds in as posts or pages. I use it along with a combination of other plugins including Amazon Autoposter, a Yahoo Answers auto poster that publishes questions as posts and answers as comments, a YouTube auto poster, and an Article Base auto article poster.
