    Most of these are pretty new, assume that they don't have any PR if you care about that sort of thing. They will eventually have PR though. You should be fine as long as you follow the rules. Only adsense / family friendly links are permitted.

    These forums are mostly general discussion on their topic, but most do have an advertising section that you could post some free classified ads on!

    I hope that some of you find these useful and would appreciate it if you add these to your lists or even add links to them if at all possible :)

    Yes use signature links. You can also post a direct link if you are advertising something in the classified sections on these sites. But do give a description and not just post a link.

    This is what I do: I register on all forums and add links in my signature and to my profile page. I then post about 5 post on every forum. That gets all my links indexed, and my profile page to. A lot of links!
