Well the admin doesnt really have a software section if you are referring to downloads, so that part manual. The admin is large though but one of best I have seen.

Enom accounts are free and the transfer are free. Yes their retail accounts are high but $8.95 accounts are free as well. They have that weird pricing policy but know one I know pays those silly prices, but again the transfer and the account are free. After 12 months expect to pay $8.95 which is pretty fair.
