Why should you not believe in god? Why should you? Why wouldn't you? Why would you? Why are we alive? You could ask 1000000 questions that will never get answered, I guess you could maybe read the a bible that you feel comfortable in and pray about it. That could give you a start, just a example.
We have many unanswered or un explained question.. like how this universe came to existence, how the globe formed, how the oxygen and other gases come into earth atmosphere, how we are living in this world from a amoeba we are evolved after a step by step evolution. Then who created amoeba.. Like this we have infinite questions that cannot be answered by any great scientist in this world. So we must believe that there is some one above human traits. Just keep this question aside and be loyal to yourself. Then you are the God, even god gives you all the thing.
There's is one reason why should we believe in God. Believing in God gives us some ethical fundamentals and some form of sight what is good or wrong.
It's tragic that you have such a low estemation of yourself to think that without a belief in god youd be incapable of know right from wrong. Out of interest, and so i can highlight what your god thinks is "right and wrong", what god is it you believe in?
It is important to read the bible/torah/Quran and believe in God accordingly so you know who is to blame and who needs to be killed. I, on the other hand, don't need those books because god talks to me directly.
LoL, whatever bible you read it most likely says, everyone goes to heaven wheater they believe in him or not
