    for onpage we use 3 main tags
    1. title
    2. meta description
    3. meta keywords

    Is there preference do matter, I mean to say about following sequence.
    <title></title>
    <description>
    <keyword>

    this sequence is beneficial

    OR

    <title></title>
    <keyword>
    <description>

    this one is good

    Is there is impotance of among sequence in search engine.

    you may use any of them as sequence doesn't matter.. both are fine

    <title></title>
    <description>
    <keyword>
    <other meta tags>

    Better place the description tag in front of the keywords. BTW, this is not going to affect on google, but I can't be sure about the other Search Engines (Bing, Yahoo, etc.)

    title and meta description is more important and you might prefer to leave keywords tag - google does not see it but other search engines do see. up to you!

    Sequence does not matter in crawling, search engines crawl in any sequence but it is good to keep the sequence in standard format
