Is rapidshare the best file host for earning?

Hi , I am new to digitalpoint. Since 2 months I have been leeching/uploading staffs to RS and earning like 3000/4000 points perday. I havenot asked for a payoff yet although I have like 250euro + 58Ks pending Refferpoint. But after coming to this forum it seems that no one is interested about rapidshare. All like HF and some other file hosts? I just want to know why people do not like rapidshare that much? Is it just like a scam or not a better option to upload? Please let me know

 

IMO rapidshare is the worst when it comes to earning money with... first of it takes hell of alot time to get your payout, and they won't pay you if you earned you're money through illegal files...

IDK mate . According to post in warez-bb , lots of people seems to be getting paid with Warez things from RS. But after coming here it seems that I just have wasted my time .
May be I will shift to HF soon.

rapidshared get famous because a lot people put their files into it,...and they get for premium access,... that all
for the money you can't count on it,...

From my experience, many of these file hosting sites are a scam. Some of them are notorious for shaving downloads.

 

Hotfile is the best IMO. Can't beat its earning even at bronze.

 

Well, I think Rapidshare is number 1 in europe. But if you want to earn money, there are better alternatives.

lansiko, how many downloads does it take to get those kinds of earnings?

 

7k - 8k at bronze
maybe 6k at silver (never in silver for decades... lol)

 

I uploaded the files to HF [ latest two movies] yesterday. But I have to say that the download rate from HF is some 4/5 time less than RS. One reason may be I uploaded 200mb parts instead of 400mb part . Can you please let me know what is your upload / some tips for newbies ?

 

Megaupload is more better than Rapidshare. And Hotfile, I can't believe it

 

except you dont get anything for files larger than 100mb ... Hard to leech on MU. What are your concern about HF? Did you try it?

Do any of you worry about ''file sharing'' and the law.... I mean I download and that and love the guys that do upload but do any of your worry about it?

 

I think megaupload is the best host for free users at the moment.

but back to topic: the pay rate of rapidshare is decreasing rapidly. At the moment you only get 0,96 € for 1000. And it is decreasing week after week...

 

Nah, the filehost servers are the one that are suppose to worry.

 

Depends on where you post and how you promote. Certain sites might welcome HF more than RS. Try different parts - 100MB/ 400MB and see how that improve your earning. There are pros and cons on the size of parts - 100MB will get you good earning from premium users, but might not be attractive to free users. 400MB is hard to download - any interrupt with incomplete downloads and you earn nothing. Go do the math and figure out yourself on how to maximize earning from your upload.
