LemonHunter33, you are not wrong when you said that luminophore needs to be exposed to any light before it starts glowing. So now I'm looking for a better supplier of luminophore.

Do you still want to become my partner?:)
Luminophore is used in combination with a lacquer. The lacquer that you use should be appropriate for the type of material you wish to paint: for metal, wood, plastic and the like.

Luminophor can be used for a variety of different things and the most common can be seen in auto-tuning right down the license plates and wheel rims.Due to it being a safe and friendly material there are no concerns of it ruining anything that you may want to use it on, and as a guideline it usually glow for 8 hours but the longer you leave the material exposed to light then of course the longer it will glow for.

Luminophore is safe, and therefore can be used even in close contact with skin. Designs applied to fabric by means of screen-printing will be visible in the daytime (the colour is a pale yellow-green) and will shine brightly under weak light or even in its absence. Such designs keep their integrity after many washes. It can be also used in cosmetics (nail polish, eye-shadow, etc).

Prior to embarking on any initiative to change some aspect of organizational culture, each organization engaged in diagnosis, utilizing a customized needs assessment to further determine the most prudent course of action. The initial step of assessing guarantees that initiatives and interventions are well thought out and planned. Needs assessment provided organizations, its leaders, employees, and customers the opportunity to uncover specific issues and perspectives on change.
