Ads in Pop-Up .. But still not banned

Edit: Site removed cuz sum1 think its my site LOL



That site has been showing Ads in Pop-Up since 3-4 Months..And im sure its not allowed according to the TOS..but why isnt that site getting banned..i talked with the owner..i told him he shouldnt do that..he said he saw other sites doing it too for over 6+ months ..and he also said that he ahs been getting his checks lately and everything is fine..

What do you guys think..why isnt it banned yet??

 

I wouldn't try and micro mod other peoples sites personally. If the ad network has issues with it let them deal with it. As far as the actual tos violation, if he is getting paid and others are doing it as well either the ad network needs to work on their checking of ad placement OR they don't personally care.

another thing ..dat site is based on live cricket/sports.. wht am i gunna get by promoting it on an adsense absed forum..and dis thread will get like what? 200 views..wat da hell am i gunna do wid 200 impressions if tht wuz ma site

Might I say once again that there is 100% no point in posting here on a matter that is solely related to google! Got an issue with google then take it up with them, unless I am mistaken nobody at digital point works for google. So email google and don't waste our ****ing time. We can give an opinion but as none (slight few) of us work for google we can't give you an answer. Just email Google it's not Rocket Science is it!!!!!!
