Nice placement of ads and good job done but you have to do work on the back ground and put some logos and banner on that sites so that it will look professional.
You need to be more aggressive with your ad placement. Incorporate ad units within the left side (main content area).
The template and layout is very attractive and it has good choice of color schemes.It was fast in loading and easy to navigate.
