Thanks So you sports and mma blog is low end niche? I was thinking I was smart priced because I had 2 dead sites that got no clicks or traffic that I had an adsense on. Someone told me that when you have adsense on a site that gets bad traffic or no clicks all your other sites will be smart priced as well since they are on the same account. Do you know how to get out of smart pricing? I heard it is no longer the 10 day reset but you have to wait 20 to 30 days without adsense
Don't worry about smartpricing, don't waste any time on that, all we read is hear-say because adsense doesn't give any details, so people are inventing them. You can have smartpricing if your traffic doesn't convert well for advertizers, but not because some of your sites don't have traffic/clicks.
So should I put my adsense back up? I had it off since november 27. I think my site was smart priced though because I got 3000 clicks one day with over 20 thousand impressions and only made $150 dollars
Do as you wish, it doesn't matter at all. $150 dollars for 3000 clicks is 0.05 CPC which isn't *that* bad, there are niches with CPC close to $0.01. But I guess for low CPC niches you can benefit from a large amount of traffic which makes up for it in the end. Anyway, please if you have specific questions not related to this thread's topic open a new thread, you'll get better answers and will not be seen as highjacking this thread and being off-topic.
I have 10 blogs and I placed google ads on each. I have good traffic as well, so my daily earning from adsense is $8-$10.
i get $0,07.... too bad...but i think beside of traffic...geographic clicker location also take influence...if the clicker comes from high performance of buyer candidates like USA, CA and UK...then the CPC is better than other geographic location of clicker source... One more ...hi....wwwSENSERELYcom...you are right about ads placement....hi computer try to place your ads on hot placement....i have ever made trial and i got zero...at all no click even...but then i placed at hot placement....and better result for higher CPC...but...now i'm still struggling for higher traffic....
what a great thread!! I have a 60-70 (I can never remember ) something page site with pretty good traffic (800 avg daily uniques) and my adsense stinks. I'm NO expert but it seems like my CTR should be much higher. I plan on tweaking the placement of the ads to see if I can increase my adsense earnings for this one site, because I realize placement has a LOT to do with it - also the color of the ads, too. My site is about weddings so I changed the adsense colors to be "pretty" and match the site colors. Seemed like a good idea at the time.... but no one seems to want to click on my pink and purple ads... thanks everyone for sharing!!!!!!!
Update to my daily averages: May 09: $96.5 June 09: $128.8 July 09: $125.8 August 09: $144.3 September 09: $153.9 October 09: $194.8 November 09: $304.2 December 09: $513.05
SENSERELY, I have been seeing you around this forum, posting interesting stuffs and encouraging people. This is so kind of you. I did see your PDF website and the other one on your signature. The reason for earning heavily is your creativity and managing stuffs. This is what I call. Ok, not an attempt to hijack this thread! My adsense earning currently is around $10 per day. i.e., I make around $300 per month. Last year this time I was making double the amount I make today. Due to lack of management my earnings has considerably reduced. Now I have opened 5 new websites to earn money in adsense. All are mini niche websites with original content. Let me see how I scale up in the coming months. I will definitely update you guys. SENSERELYcom - You seem to be guru in website management, adsense and work at home. It would be nice if you can start a thread to advice youngsters on how to grow and earn tonns and tonns of money in adsense. I would really appreciate that. Thanks
