    I've seen this sort of thing before. From Scammers in my e-mail. I actually think it's like a Mandrin to English converter or something. It needs help with the punctuation though.

    Alcohol has a lot to answer for, lol, wow :)

    Im nearing the end of a book that has been going on about modularity, but that reply seems to throw in some randomness with the attempt to make them sound like wizards ready to cook some programming soup for you, should you be willing to hand over the money first of course. ;)
