Selling very addictive PR1 high traffic Hangman website for sale.

I had sold this site earlier, but the buyer did not renew the site, and the registrar had a 'for sale' on the site and i bought it again.
The site is very popular, in fact it is at the 2nd spot in google for the search term 'play hangman' and many other hangman words.
I moved the site to my host in the middle of july, and the traffic stats are shown below.

(ignore the bandwidth logs for the first few months as there was some issue with reporting and the bandwidth was reported in the parent director (hosting account) , this was fixed early october.). This game is addictive, and this is apparent by 1gb data transfer considering that the file sizes and scripts have a very small footprint.

I also started placing banner ads on this site for a month, below are the statistics.

So you sold this site + script to someone? And just because the domain dropped you think its ok to then sell the site again? Didnt the person buy rights to the script?

 

If you notice and read the sale/included rights, you'll notice the lack of exclusive rights! That is because the script was an open script one which was heavily modified! Note that I'm not selling the script and that I legally cannot, I'm selling the domain and designs, and the improved database!
I could have "re-sold" the site by registering many domains, but did not do so as a common courtesy to the buyer and a agreement not to duplicate the site. However, the buyer is no longer interested in this site! And the domain currently belongs to "spyroes"(my company and the original seller)

I guess that should answer the question, as for "ethics", my staff had sent numerous "domain expiry" mails which were unanswered!
