Apart from link exchange?

    Linkbait - if you have a blog, and you are spending time on it - I am talking about a blog like hongkiat.com then you need to exchange or post links with sites like psdtuts.com - just keep linking and talking about blogs that you want linking too.. people will link back.. or even contact a webmaster to ask them to do you a review.

    You might try approaching related sites with the offer of original content (containing a link back to your own site, of course).
