Best place to buy CPM ad space in the USA ?

    can you guys tell me where I can buy high quality Ad Space (CPM-payment) to reach customers in the USA for a small price?
    What are standard-prices on the US-market for CPM buys?

    I've used StumbleUpon and Adbrite with flags for only those in the US. You can be much more specific for gender, age, etc.
