This auction is for a legitimate, up and running business, making money. The business was started in October of 1999 - an over 10 year old website. Try finding something similar to that for sale here. This site is NOT like 99% of the other ads you see here or on ebay for websites and start-up businesses. We have done all that ground work and then some for the past 10 years.

We are currently ranked in the top 50 (as of this posting) in the major search engines for many key 'weed' terms.

The book topic is 'how to grow hydroponic big bud marijuana' and was written 10 years ago by a woman who researched and tested the techniques in the book for the previous 10 years. So it is a one of a kind and nothing else even comes close to the content in this book.

The site includes News Archives, a Wordpress Blog, and Amazon Store, an Affiliate Program (so others can sell for you), and a Myspace site. I also own a forum GrowWeedForum.com that is NOT part of this auction but can be sold if the price is right.

We sell an e-book download for $17.95, a CD version of it for $25.95 and a hard copy book for $26.95. Foreign orders pay a bit more because of shipping costs.



Our income right now is about $650 a month. The income is broken down as follows:

Book sales - $400 (alertpay, paypal, mail orders)
Website Links - $150 (month-to-month and long term)
Affiliate programs (CJ, Amazon, Linkshare, shoppingads, 420girls, and others - $100

Since our income is combined with over 50 other websites, it is difficult if not impossible to show details of this for all income types, but I will try if you request it.

We have put over $2000 into customizations of this website, including such things as customized graphics, product images, and payment links. Currently integrated with PayPal and AlertPay to take credit card orders.

We have put zero time into this business lately as we own over 70 other websites, some of which we will also be selling here soon and we have started a new offline business. It is just too much for us to handle, to devote time to each one and promote them as they should be. That is where the new owner could increase this business substantially.

The site is all custom coded with no shopping cart except for the AlertPay links. Written in simple HTML with some PHP.

There really is no work that has to be done with this website unless you want it to grow faster in which case you would promote it and get more incoming links. It is already professionally coded to keep climbing in the search engines without anything being done.

This entire business is operated out of our house and can take up zero of your time or make it a full time 'job' - that's up to you. The only thing you need is a printer, paper cutter, and paper hole puncher for hard copy books. I'd ship those but they are too heavy and would cost too much to ship. I print books up 10 at a time and it takes about 2 hours to make up 10 books..

We will give you 30 days worth of support via email, with all aspects of your business. The total cost of this business is what you are buying it for here. The only other costs that you will incur would be for hosting fees ($10/mth with us or whatever your hosting company charges).

This is a great business for the stay at home mom's or college students wanting to make some good extra money. You could also Monetize the site with other affiliate programs, and again, you do not have to do anything except collect your check at the end of the month. Plus your commute is so much shorter and you don't even have to worry about your work attire.

not sure what you mean by 'u didn't ever get more or the same'.. can you please rephrase that?? $9000 is just a touch over 10 months earnings.. i've sold sites for 2 or 3 years times earnings if they are really good sites.. and this one happens to be 10 years old with a great track record. i challenge you to show my ONE other site for sale with that track record for that long.

i think you dont get how this works. People on here do this all day and when you come in and say you have an offer in an attempt to get bids out of people it just does not work as its been tried before.


please come back here when you have a more reasonable price. or post one. I would pay 2600 for your site (not with forms) if you want some a real bid.

wow - some of you need to get out into the real world.. i understand things might be different here on the forums but businesses still trade for 2 to 3 times earnings in the real world.. at least all of the ones i've sold have.. but i DO see lots and lots of junk on these forums for sale.. sites that have no traffic, no income or limited - so i see where some people might get jaded..
