I am looking a purchase a few websites that has adsense revenue but I'm not sure how much people usually pay for them. How much would a website that generates $200-300 in monthly revenue cost? A website that's been early $200-300 monthly consistently for the past 6-9 months. Thank you for any info!
Two identical posts from two accounts, both being relatively new .. umm, a little bit strange. Anyway - you can expect to pay anywhere between 6x and 12x the monthly revenue for a website, depending on certain factors, the main ones being: - for how long has the site already generated this revenue - how much growth potential there is - how big are the risks of losing the revenue stream(s)
As bryanon said, also have in mind where the site get its traffic. If SE traffic or natural backlinks, then fine, but bought traffic won't last, as well as social marketing (if you stop doing it).
I always buy and sell adsense sites at 3 month of NET revenue. That gives you an idea. But there are a lot of site for sale with adsense out there at 10-20-100 month of revenue...
Any sales listings coming up in the near future? Would gladly buy all your sites for 3x monthly net (and resell them for twice the price)
Not at the moment. When I have one, it takes several weeks to be sold though. You can find a lot of adsense site for sale at 3x monthly all over the internet, on a daily basis...they don't sell quick either... As we speak, I have one on ebay for 1.33 x monthly revenue...no taker, not even a decent number of viewers...It's not adsense but 1.33x monthly may be a little bit high..
