But i hve wrked on that project whose SEO is going from last 5 yrs thats why i hven't number of sites for submissions.

Thanx for the list too...So far i was using some really outdated lists where half of the directories were not active at all anymore. Its good to find the really active ones beside the big and obivous ones like DMOZ and Yahoo.
