There's plenty of good hosts around, but you should at least say if you need a shared hosting plan, a vps, a dedicated server etc

Have you calculated your web hosting needs already? I think you need to know what you are looking for. I think you have the stuff or some projects which will be hosted and I think that is not a problem to estimate how much will you need for all that. Once you know what exactly you need that will make your search easier.

You don't have to buy a server, you just have to buy some space from a reliable hosting company. It's called shared hosting.
Don't buy anything from hoststore, after 1 month they will suspend you account without any reason. i am already lost USD 500+, support team totally suck did not reply ticket and emails.
