Thats absolutely wrong, why would i keep the admin login if i sell the site. There might be a case that i might have forgotten to provide it but if i have given you domain and all the files then why will i keep the login which could easily be changed through phpmyadmin through cpanel.

Thats all i could say for this, i have sold many sites and have always responded to my clients for after sale queries as well.
