Wordpress has a plugin called wprobot at http://wprobot.net They have levels that you can buy (modules) depending on what you need. I use it because I am a radio station and writing constant blogs is time consuming for me. Works well. They have another one called Autoblog, but it is driven off of feeds. I didn't like it as much. It is also rather techie, which bores me. I just want it to work NOW! I don't want to program too much. I have all of the modules so I can integrate my Amazon and Ebay product into it just like they are blog posts. I like it. Not cheap though, but not expensive either. You can buy what you need and build custom modules. Check it out.
It's not useless. I really think you guys who say "autoblogs will ban you instantly in the SERP" and "autoblogs will ban your adsense account" really have nothing better to do than creating rumour by spreading such bullshit around. Come with facts! 1. An autoblog will NOT ban you from Adsense, as it is NOT against the Adsense TOS. If you get banned it must be another reason. I have tons of autoblogs running for over 18 months, let's say 80% of my autoblogs running Adsense and have NEVER had ANY issue with Adsense. 2. There we can start the "duplicate content" discussion over and over again. Some people claim "duplicate content will be penalized" while others claim it to be the biggest bullshit on earth. If you want to stay safe, use a rewrite plugin to avoid duplicate content. Simple as that.
install a wordpress in your website add the plugin called auto***(forgot the plugin) search it in google. then add it , you can find the instructions on it do it, then your autoblog is ready

Where do you have your hosting? Without hosting, you can't install WordPress. If you don't know how to install WordPress, choose a hoster with Fantastico. At this point you can contact me and I'll explain you how to install a WP Plugin. Greetings

Do you want to pay for them or not? I recommend wp-o-matic, it's free and powerful. But there are a lot more, for example autoblogger (this is not a good one), UAW, and much more.
