    The odd letter г is a Russian G. You'd need a Russian/Slavic keyboard to type it, or copy and paste it from Russian words like Санкт-Петербург Saint Petersburg in Wikipedia for instance.

    people use different letters and numbers to represent letters all the time....

    pr0xy.com for instance

    Doesn't look like it. That little symbol that's supposed to be the "r" is in some sort foreign language. I'm not sure how search engines will look at it?
