    AdBrite inlines.
Together with AdSense it's a winning combination, which can raise your earning by an extra 50% easily.

Yes, they have a referral program. I think it's 10% of the referred publisher's earnings over a year (so they make $10, I get a $1 bonus). Something like that.

I can't use inline ads as I write paid blog posts and a couple of the review networks refuse to accept blogs with inline ads. I make a lot of money from them so I'm happy.

If you want to use inline ads with Adsense I'd suggest Adbrite. I would not suggest Kontera anymore.

If you get a lot of traffic you might want to try a CPM ad or two like Burst, Smowtion or AdsDaq.

    That's a friendly offer.
You don't want to overload your forum with ads - say one ad at the top and bottom of the homepage and one somewhere in each thread. Enable inlines and it will place a maximum of 8 inlines per page.

I would also have some products related to site topic. You can make more money selling some things that with just ads.

The safest way is to sell some banners spots for your own. I sell some seo links on my sites with good PR and I'm getting nice profits on it monthly.
