Yesterday, i met one reseller from Egypt, who planed to purchase $6.52 .com .net .org including ICANN.20 from me, but in the end, when the matter moved onto the payment way, he told me, in Egypt, people haven't paypal. All the time, i have been thinking that Paypal is for worldwide people, so i logged on the official website for paypal, yes, it is, when you choose the country for register, you can't find Egypt, so, could anyone please tell me that how this thing come ?
If anyone know the relevant information, please do me a favor, the Egyptian reseller is very anxious.
I could be few things, but most likely - - gov't regulations - PayPal cannot get licensed in Egypt - cannot meet gov't requirements or regulations - banking regulations -PayPal cannot get access to the banking system for payments/withdrawls
hi, Tobycoke, thank you for your reply, but if it's like what you said, it's unfair for Egyptian, at all times, i think paypal is for worldwide people, and has no country difference. You know my reseller from Egypt must pay the domains by bank transfer, and the procedure fee is high, that has brought me much trouble on this matter. The business failed won't mean so much, but later on, how can be resolved?
FYI,paypal did not accept not only Egypt but many country also such as Nigeria etc. Your best way to deal is using other payment processor that allow Egypt user.
well, as we all know, opening other payment processor, that will cost more, as for our overseas resellers, paypal is the best way recently. But thank you all the same.

hmmm! Paypal is also not for pakistan! I think its only in 116 countries (estimation). But I know a site who is provide you paypal service with which you can make online payment!! But I dont know how to use it! PM me, I will send you the link and then you will have to tell me how it works after reading all the BLAH BLAH instructions!!
Paypal is only available in UAE , best replacement is moneybookers, very professional , easy to use and good quality.
I know someone in Egypt who has PayPal and it's his only method of paying online, so there has to be a way.

Firstly, thanks for your reply,but Egyptians have no paypal, they have no way to get it, and the same condition is for Pakistanian, however, they can pay by mastercard or westernunion.
Probably because in Egypt, if someone was to commit fraud on paypal, no way to chase them and get your money back..
