    Hi, I want to buy some sites on programming (any language is fine). Doesn't need to have any PR and can be a new site, but I prefer something with at least an aged domain.

    Site is yesitsfree.co.uk a well established freeware site PR5 has only ever been freeware, first registered by me in 2006 has had various looks and upgrades has about 15 paid links on front page right column, several ready to run out, this year between paid links and gsense has made around $750+

    Site URL registered at 123-reg. Hosted at heartinternet through a reliable reseller, top package and only costs £25 per year.
    Site is powered by a modified version of PHPLD no link-back required. You will get licence, Custom skin/template. Site converted to phpld a few months ago so page URLs changed and visits down to 280 week but will go back up again. If you want access to my site stats pm me for details.

    In the right hands this site could be mega, I am to lazy and have a full time job. Needs work all day and it will be a main freeware site. It is well know and has always had visits through RSS.

    Is well listed on Google, MSN and Yahoo, Search "yesitsfree.co.uk" in Google you will get 67,300 results.
