CTR has nothing to do w/ holidays. Generally, because people have more free time they spend more time online, which means more traffic, and more money
depends on your niche actually. my sites get alot of traffic during office hours, so holidays & weekends are bad for me. As for CTR, it shouldnt change, it is just the amt of traffic
Depends on your visitor demographics. If they are away during holidays, your traffic and earnings will be slow.
Depends on your niche, certain niches work better on holidays (if they are related to holidays or celebrations) and certain niches (like health) work better on week days than weekends
I just checked the traffic of my site. The traffic is 50% off comparing with normal days. It seems that holiday impacts dramatically to the my traffic. Hopefully it will get better soon.
well because people have more free time, they would go to sites which entertain them, like game or tv show sites
weekends I get lower traffic, especialy saturdays. let's see what happens on christmas. ps: i think on new years eve i'll be close to zero LOL
Yeah, mine's been down substantially (about 20% according to Google Analytics) beginning Tuesday. However, when I view by country and compare to previous weeks, it's not just in the USA, but also in other non-Thanksgiving-celebrating countries.
