    I'm actually thinking about leaving Adsense as the clicks have dropped really fast. I was geetting $7-$10 a month, now I'm looking at about $2 a month.

    I haven't made it to $500 per month yet. I'm at about $150 for 2 1/2 months, though. You can make much more than $500 per month, though. I'm not talking black hat, either!

    In current scenario it is difficult to imagine someone making $600 from adsense alone. I have a friend whose site is among alexa 100,000 but can hardly make $250.
    Until you have some mechanism to click on ads or pay some one to do it
