    You need to redo your logo, making it have a background colour.
    otherwise it'll go like it does then

    You need a lot of changes first of all you should never have a Title of Welcome to URL , Search engines hate that.. And You should change your css code around , change some colors.

    Well you can get good search engine uniques on article site, write good and rich content on your site and do some manage it, like header, logo and its template etc etc :)

    First of all Add More Content, And Use some of your Meta Keywords as your title , Not just "Best of Web" as i see you changed it. Not targeted at all.. I doubt anyone searches " Best of Web" and if they do its not a goal you should make, Start off with Something Like that of your Articles, But Stick to one niche.

    I think you can improve the background color and over all Font size ;). Also, add new Graphics for your site.
