Google loves large websites with millions of webpages, what about Mini sites in eye of google. Who are purely made for adsense or for ranking high in se.

Niche minisites in non-developed niches are currently a prime candidate for $.

Mini-sites = Small sites won't gain too much respect and rank high in SE. Dynamic pages that are added constant content is the best. More content helps to ranks on more various keywords.

I would argue neither, Google seems to love large sites with lots of content

Be it mini-websites or niche sites,if the site is useful for the user and is exactly what the user wants and is content with what you are providing, then that means Google will like your site too and will actually be ranking you as the top result. It does not matter whether it is a huge site with 100000 pages or a site with single 1000 word article.

hope that clears the doubt jalpari.what do you say?

Same rule applies for all. However I think sites with large number of pages gets some advantages; even the internal linking would surpass the seo advantage of the small site.

mini sites = doorway pages = landing pages.

    Google says this:

Another illicit practice is to place "doorway" pages loaded with keywords on the client's site somewhere. The SEO promises this will make the page more relevant for more queries. This is inherently false since individual pages are rarely relevant for a wide range of keywords. More insidious, however, is that these doorway pages often contain hidden links to the SEO's other clients as well. Such doorway pages drain away the link popularity of a site and route it to the SEO and its other clients, which may include sites with unsavory or illegal content.

Google lives quality mini niche sites. As long as there is quality in terms of content and SEO work.

But I think things could change with Caffeine coming out soon.

I think Google cares more about quality than quantity. If your site offers unique, interesting information then it is not necessary to have hundreds of pages to rank.
