i was receive check by google last week and i get ban today.. can i get the payment in this case ?? i am non-us so the check take 2weeks to clear.. hope some body give me answer..
did you already receive the check and then get banned? or the opposite? You may have to read up the terms and conditions. bdw: most probably you wont be be able to clear the payment since you got banned...and a ban means you cheated in someway or the other...which means your earnings are void.
I don't know for sure but, I'd guess that if they already sent you the check, you should be able to encash it (unless it's a big amount and google cancels the check). You'll come to know anyway when you get the check.
As far as i know, there would have been a prob if your adsense had the money and then you got banned. you wouldnt recieve the cheque in that case. but for you, dont think there will be a problem.
you will get the moneyy dont worry. because they send the check after the clear review on ur account they ban after some time..... so we have right to get money.... dont worry
I am not writing this to disappoint you.. A friend of mine got the check 2 weeks before he got banned. He said he couldn't get the money.. However, I wish you good luck

i think the payment might not clear within 3days because i am non-us..i from other country.. it take times to clear payment.
did any body in this case before.. ?? i was so worry about that although that is just $100 but this is all the earning i make so far 7months ago...
When you get a ban , you can not take your money. And if they will send you the mononey , maybe google will try to get them back if the amount of money is high . but the ban you so will be honest to get that money ?
No not possible Google will cancel your payment and check will bounce because i have faced same problem before 6 months. There is no way to get your money because your account is banned from adsense.
