First of all you have to create quality resource relevant to the keyword you want to position. Usually a single page doesn't do the trick. For example if you want to position on "fridge parts" keyword - You should create pages about fridges in general, part types etc. Only then your site will be prepared to be promoted to reach top positions in search engine listings.

The first thing is to get a .com, .net or .org with only the keyword in the domina url. You should include the keyword in the title, meta description, meta keywords, H1 tags, alt img, url anchor text.
