as if PIP on 26th they issue on 28th and update with MTCN on 29 so we get 30th each month but this time PIP 24th

Yes, I am Vietnamese, I got PIP on Nov 24. When will we have MTCN???

I think we will get MTCN earlier this Nov, maybe the US thanksgiving will be on the 26th.
